Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate OR, primary care and specialty visits, tests, procedures and surgeries.
• Complete hospital reservation forms and physician orders; track clearances and billing info.
• Obtain authorizations for procedures (inpatient and outpatient).
• Transcribe reports, answer phones, file records, and prepare charts.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
