Job Summary

A $750.00 sign-on bonus is offered to eligible new employees hired as PCA. The role involves supporting nursing staff with clinical tasks such as glucometry, EKGs, and vital signs, and responding proactively to patient and family needs to ensure efficient unit operation.

Qualifications

• Certification as a nursing assistant required upon hire, unless the applicant is a nursing student who has completed fundamentals of nursing with clinical experience.
• Bi-lingual skills preferred.
• Prior clinical experience preferred.
• Knowledge of medical terminology.
• May not currently hold a valid nursing license.
