Oklahoma Children's Hospital OU Health in Oklahoma City seeks an Orthopedic Surgery-Hand specialist to provide direct patient care and participate in resident and fellow teaching.

Candidates must hold or be eligible for an Oklahoma medical license and BC/BE in Orthopedic Surgery; involvement in academic appointments and a strong commitment to education and patient care is expected.

Qualifications

  • Board-certified or board-eligible in Orthopedic Surgery.
  • Experience in teaching and supervision of residents, fellows, medical students and other trainees.

Position Title: Orthopedic Surgery-Hand Department: Orthopedic Surgery Physicians

Job Description: Responsibilities Direct patient care as well as teaching and supervision of residents and fellows, medical students, and other trainees.

Qualifications Applicants must have or be able to obtain a Oklahoma medical license prior to employment and be BC/BE in Orthopedic Surgery.

Candidates are eligible for faculty appointments through the OU College of Medicine - appointment rank will be commensurate with academic accomplishment and experience.

Continued employment will be contingent upon successfully obtaining Board Certification in the eligibility timeframe of your specialty.
