Job summary

OU Health is seeking an Orthopedic Surgeon specialized in Hand for the Orthopedic Surgery department. The role involves direct patient care and teaching residents, fellows, and medical students.

Faculty appointments will be offered through the OU College of Medicine based on academic accomplishments and experience. Continued employment depends on achieving Board Certification within the eligibility timeframe.

Qualifications

• Must have Oklahoma medical license or be able to obtain one.
• BC/BE in Orthopedic Surgery.
• Board certification in eligibility timeframe of specialty; faculty appointment rank commensurate with experience.

• Direct patient care and teaching/supervision of residents, fellows, medical students, and trainees.

• Direct patient care as well as teaching and supervision of residents and fellows, medical students, and other trainees.

Qualifications

• Applicants must have or be able to obtain a Oklahoma medical license prior to employment and be BC/BE in Orthopedic Surgery.
• Candidates are eligible for faculty appointments through the OU College of Medicine - appointment rank will be commensurate with academic accomplishment and experience.
• Continued employment will be contingent upon successfully obtaining Board Certification in the eligibility timeframe of your specialty.
