Job summary

OU Health in Oklahoma is seeking a Physician to join our Hospice and Palliative team. The role includes direct patient care, teaching and supervision of residents, fellows, medical students, and other trainees within the Internal Medicine department.

Candidates must hold or be able to obtain Oklahoma medical licensure, be BC/BE in Hospice and Palliative Medicine, and complete a Palliative Care Fellowship. Faculty appointments through the OU College of Medicine are available, with rank

Job Description

Responsibilities Direct patient care as well as teaching and supervision of residents and fellows, medical students, and other trainees.

Qualifications Applicants must have or be able to obtain a Oklahoma medical license prior to employment and be BC/BE in Hospice and Palliative Medicine and completion of a Palliative Care Fellowship. Candidates are eligible for faculty appointments through the OU College of Medicine - appointment rank will be commensurate with academic accomplishment and experience. Continued employment will be contingent upon successfully obtaining Board Certification in the eligibility timeframe of your specialty.
