Job summary

Concentra is seeking an orthopedic surgeon to join on-site as a 1099 independent contractor. The role involves a 4-hour shift weekly or biweekly to support current practice. This contract is designed to complement your existing schedule while delivering specialized care.

You will manage medically complex patients, coordinate with employers, and participate in case management, providing both non-surgical and surgical orthopedic services.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited MD or DO program.
• Unrestricted DEA license in state of practice.
• Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Orthopedic Surgery.
• Must maintain Medical Malpractice Insurance.

Responsibilities

• Treat patients on site during a 4-hour shift weekly or biweekly.
• Collaborate with medical and therapy providers and employers.
• Engage in case management and coordinate care.
• Provide non-surgical and surgical orthopedic services as needed.
