Job summary

Concentra, Inc. is seeking an Orthopedic Surgeon to join on-site work as a 1099 independent contractor. The role involves treating patients in short weekly or biweekly shifts and participating in case management with medical and therapy teams.

Qualifications

• Licensed in state of practice with an unrestricted DEA license.
• Graduate of an accredited MD or DO program.
• Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Orthopedic Surgery.
• Must carry Medical Malpractice Insurance for on-site work.
• Experience treating work-related injuries preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide orthopedic care on-site for a 4-hour shift (weekly or biweekly).
• Collaborate with medical and therapy providers and participate in case management.
• Communicate with employers regarding patient care and return-to-work plans.
