Job summary

Arthrex San Diego seeks an Associate Sales Representative to join our high-performing team in Oahu, HI. This hands-on developmental role builds the foundation for a career in orthopedic sales, with coaching and increasing responsibility over time.

You will meet sales objectives, establish relationships with surgeons and healthcare professionals, and provide intraoperative support. The position emphasizes product knowledge and a proactive, compliant approach in a fast-paced OR setting.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of orthopedic, healthcare, military, or related field; sports medicine exposure preferred.
• Prior sales experience is a plus, but not required.
• Demonstrated ability to relate to customers in the orthopedic/sports medicine market.
• Must be comfortable in a fast paced operating room environment.
• Knowledge of orthopedic procedures and terminology as it relates to Arthrex.
• Knowledge of operating room protocols is appreciated.
• Ability to learn and retain a high level of technical information.

Responsibilities

• Primarily responsible for meeting and exceeding sales objectives for the territory.
• Represent Arthrex San Diego by working with surgeons and health care professionals.
• Assist in case coverage, product preparation, and intraoperative support in the operating room.
• Increase territory results by building and maintaining strong business relationships and by developing sales strategies.
• Communicate with current and new customer accounts regarding product updates and training programs.
