Job summary

You will work with surgeons, participate in labs and trainings, travel up to 30% as needed, and provide on-call coverage in evenings, weekends, and holidays, while building deep clinical and technical expertise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; 4+ years with associate or 6+ with HS
• Clinical experience preferred (nursing, PT, etc.)
• Experience in OR environments and on-call requirements

Responsibilities

• Gain competency in solo case coverage for manual and robotic procedures.
• Assist surgeons with pre-operative planning, implant sizing, and positioning.
• Support full case preparation, instrumentation checks, and OR readiness.
• Troubleshoot technical issues in the operating room.
• Provide on-call coverage during evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Collaborate with sales partners to ensure unified customer experience.
