Job summary

Stryker seeks a Clinical Specialist to advance orthopedic surgeries globally. You will gain hands-on expertise with Mako SmartRobotics and manual procedures, supporting surgeons in the OR with planning, setup, and real-time workflows for safe, accurate outcomes.

You will learn CT-based planning, implant sizing, registration, and intra-operative support while building skills in instrumentation, OR protocols, labs, and customer training.

Qualifications

• Requires degree or clinical background with experience in OR settings.
• Ability to support surgeons with pre-operative planning and intra-operative workflows.
• Willingness to participate in on-call coverage, including evenings/weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Gain solo case coverage competency for manual and robotic procedures.
• Assist with pre-operative CT-based planning, implant sizing, and positioning.
• Support full case prep: instrumentation checks, equipment setup, OR readiness.
• Troubleshoot technical issues in the operating room.
• Manage inventory, logistics, and account coordination.
• Shadow teammates to understand territory dynamics and surgeon preferences.
• Deliver product demonstrations, labs, and customer trainings.
• Build strong surgeon and OR staff relationships; document cases.
