Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Clinical Specialist to enhance orthopedic surgeries through hands-on support for both robotic (Mako SmartRobotics) and manual procedures. You will assist with pre-operative planning, system setup, and real-time workflows, gaining CT-based planning experience and procedural expertise in sizing and positioning implants.

Qualifications

• Minimum requirement: Bachelor's degree OR an Associate degree with 4 years of professional/related experience OR a high school diploma with 6 years of professional/related experience.
• Ability to lift/push up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Fluency in written and spoken English is required.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Gain competency in solo case coverage for manual and robotic procedures through hands-on training.
• Assist surgeons with pre-operative CT-based planning, implant sizing, and positioning using advanced software.
• Support full case preparation, including instrumentation checks, equipment setup, and OR readiness.
• Troubleshoot technical issues confidently in the operating room.
• Provide on-call coverage during evenings, weekends, and holidays.
