Zusammenfassung

Stryker is seeking a Clinical Specialist to support orthopedic surgeries with both robotic (Mako SmartRobotics™) and manual procedures. You will assist with pre-operative planning, case setup, and in-room workflows, while developing deep clinical and technical expertise across platforms.

The role includes on-call coverage during evenings, weekends, and holidays. You will gain hands-on experience with Mako CT-based planning, implant sizing, registration, and intra-operative support, alongside

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree is required or alternative levels with relevant experience.
• Clinical/related experience preferred for hands-on OR support.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced surgical environment and in on-call shifts.
• Fluency in written and spoken English is required.

Aufgaben

• Gain competency in solo case coverage for manual and robotic procedures.
• Assist surgeons with pre-operative CT-based planning and implant sizing.
• Support full case preparation, instrumentation checks and OR readiness.
• Troubleshoot technical issues in the operating room.
• Learn workflow for daily account coordination, inventory management and logistics.
• Shadow teammates to understand territory dynamics and surgeon preferences.
• Participate in product demonstrations, cadaver labs, and customer training events.
• Build and maintain relationships with surgeons, OR staff and cross-functional partners.
• Manage administrative tasks related to accounts, system updates and case documentation.
• Collaborate with sales to ensure a unified customer experience and smooth execution.
• Complete trainings, competencies and certifications.
• Provide on-call coverage during evenings, weekends and holidays.
