Job summary

NCH is seeking a Registered Nurse for a full-time role at our Naples, FL location. You will plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, providing direct nursing services in a fast-paced clinic environment. Prior experience with PowerChart and radiology workflows is advantageous.

Minimum requirements include an Associate degree, Florida RN license, and BLS certification. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential to ensure high-quality patient care and safety.

Qualifications

• Associate degree minimum.
• 1 year experience in healthcare facility or private physician office.
• Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of Florida.
• BLS certification from Red Cross or American Heart Association.
• Intermediate computer knowledge: Word, Excel, Outlook, Windows.

Responsibilities

• Triage patients and verify allergies and symptoms; develop patient care plans.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments per nursing standards.
• Prioritize and organize patient care; document accurately in EMR.
• Observe and report patient conditions and reactions to medications to physicians.
• Prepare equipment and assist physicians during treatments and testing.
• Maintain and review patient records in PowerChart; post results in EMR.
• Schedule radiology procedures and generate referrals as directed.
