Job summary

NCH Healthcare System is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for our MSK Clinic in Naples, FL. The RN will independently plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care, providing direct patient care in a busy MSK setting.

Essential duties include patient triage, medication administration, documentation, and collaboration with physicians. Applicants should possess an Associate’s degree, Florida RN license, BLS certification, and strong computer skills for EMR systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum of Associate’s degree required.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a health care facility or private physician office.
• Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of Florida.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required from the American Red Cross or American Heart Association.
• Intermediate computer knowledge: Word, Excel, Outlook, and Windows.

Responsibilities

• Triages patients and develops patient care plans.
• Administers prescribed medications and treatments per nursing standards.
• Maintains timely and accurate documentation in Powerchart.
• Prepares equipment and assists physicians during procedures and testing.
• Reviews lab and diagnostic results with patients and educates on procedures and health.
