Banner Health in Tucson, AZ is seeking a Registered Nurse to join the Medical/Surgical Orthopedic unit. The role involves assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating nursing care for orthopedic patients on a day shift (7:00 AM to 7:30 PM).

Qualifications
- Must possess a current, valid RN license in state of practice or compact licensure.
- BLS certification is required.
- Experience in the clinical area is desired and ongoing performance competencies must be maintained.
Responsibilities
- Assess patient needs and plan of care.
- Implement and coordinate nursing care with the healthcare team.
- Document assessments, plans and patient responses accurately.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families and team members.
- Participate in teaching, mentoring and professional development.
