Job summary

HireNow Staffing is actively seeking a Functional Movement & Recovery Care Therapist in East Goshen Township, PA. This full-time PT will deliver orthopedic rehab, guide patients through evidence-based plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to restore function and return to work.

The role requires a PA license or eligibility, a DPT, and strong clinical reasoning. Compensation ranges from $85,000 to $126,000 with a $5,000 sign-on bonus and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Proven orthopedic rehabilitation assessment and treatment skills.
• Strong clinical reasoning and evidence‑based decision making.
• Excellent communication and patient education skills.
• Ability to manage patient caseloads independently within a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive orthopedic, musculoskeletal and functional movement evaluations.
• Design individualized rehab programs to improve strength, balance, flexibility and mobility.
• Deliver evidence‑based interventions using manual therapy, therapeutic exercise and functional training.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans based on measurable outcomes.
• Educate patients and caregivers on prevention, recovery and home programs.
• Collaborate with physicians and rehab professionals to coordinate care.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and participate in quality initiatives.
