HireNow Staffing is recruiting a Community Mobility & Functional Recovery Therapist for a full-time outpatient position in the Philadelphia Suburbs. The role emphasizes evidence-based orthopedic rehabilitation, patient education, and collaborative care with physicians and a multidisciplinary team.

Ideal candidates hold a PA PT license or eligibility, a DPT or equivalent, and have strong orthopedic assessment skills.

Qualifications

• Active PA PT license or eligible for licensure before employment.
• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent.
• Strong orthopedic rehabilitation assessment and treatment skills.
• Excellent clinical reasoning and evidence-based decision-making.
• Outstanding communication and patient education skills.
• Ability to manage an independent patient caseload while collaborating with professionals.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive orthopedic and functional movement evaluations.
• Develop individualized rehabilitation programs tailored to patient goals.
• Deliver evidence-based PT interventions to improve strength, mobility, balance and function.
• Monitor progress and modify treatment plans using measurable outcomes.
• Educate patients and caregivers on injury prevention and home programs.
• Collaborate with physicians and other providers to coordinate care.
