Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current Pennsylvania Physical Therapist license required.
• Experience in outpatient orthopedic settings preferred.
• Excellent communication and patient education skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with individualized rehabilitation plans.
• Administer therapeutic exercises and modalities per plan of care.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans to optimize recovery.
• Educate patients on exercises, home programs, and injury prevention.
• Maintain accurate documentation in EMR/EHR and communicate with the care team.
