HireNow Staffing is actively recruiting a seasoned Orthopedic Patient Recovery & Mobility Nurse Practitioner to join a client partner in Malvern, PA. This full-time, direct-hire role targets an NP with orthopedic focus to improve mobility, reduce pain, and drive excellent patient outcomes.

The role involves collaboration with a physician-led orthopedic team, comprehensive musculoskeletal care, and a weekday schedule in a Philadelphia suburb setting.

Qualifications

• Active NP license or eligibility for Pennsylvania licensure.
• Minimum 1 year NP experience in orthopedics, musculoskeletal medicine, sports medicine, surgery, urgent care, or related specialty.
• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.
• Excellent communication, patient education, and documentation abilities.
• Experience collaborating within multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
• Current BLS certification.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• U.S.-based applicants only.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive orthopedic evaluations, physical examinations, and follow-up assessments.
• Develop individualized treatment plans for musculoskeletal conditions.
• Collaborate with orthopedic surgeons and care teams on patient management and recovery plans.
• Order, interpret, and communicate imaging, labs, and findings.
• Educate patients on diagnoses, options, medications, rehabilitation, and prevention.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans based on outcomes.
• Maintain compliant EMR documentation.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives.
