Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive orthopedic and movement assessments.
• Develop individualized rehabilitation plans based on patient goals and findings.
• Deliver evidence-based PT interventions to improve mobility and function.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans to maximize recovery.
• Educate patients on prevention, body mechanics, and home exercise.
• Collaborate with physicians and rehab professionals to coordinate care.
• Maintain accurate documentation meeting regulatory and payer requirements.
• Support quality improvement initiatives and best practices.
