Job summary

Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist is seeking a 2nd shift X-ray Tech for the Friendly Center Urgent Care in Greensboro, NC. This full-time role involves performing radiographic and fluoroscopic exams, with evenings schedule and 40 hours per week.

The ideal candidate is ARRT-certified or eligible, has BLS, and will collaborate with radiologists to ensure accurate imaging and patient safety.

Qualifications

• Graduate of ARRT-recognized Radiologic Technology program.
• Registry eligible; completion within 1 year of hire date.
• BLS certification required.
• 2nd shift with evenings, weekdays.

Responsibilities

• Performs radiographic and fluoroscopic exams.
• Documents patient history for each procedure on requisition.
• Verifies patient identity before procedures.
• Prepares and administers contrast media as required.
• Consults with radiologist as needed.
• Operates equipment per procedure demands.
• Maintains records per department standards.
