Job summary

Atlantic Health seeks a Per Diem Outpatient Orthopedic Physical Therapist for the Pompton Plains location. Shifts include Monday 11a–7p, Wednesday 10a–6p, and Friday 8a–4p, with a collaborative team focused on patient-centered care and continuous learning.

You will be supported in clinical growth, work with a multidisciplinary team, and contribute to high-quality rehabilitation services in a non-profit health system with strong community partnerships.

Qualifications

• New Jersey license to practice Physical Therapy.
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• New grads welcome.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive evaluations and develop patient-centered treatment plans.
• Collaborate with physicians, case managers, and rehab team members.
• Communicate with patients and families to ensure understanding and continuity of care.
• Document interventions and bill appropriately as part of care delivery.
