Job summary

Agile Occupational Medicine PC is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to provide patient-centered care for orthopedic and sports medicine populations. You will design and implement individualized treatment plans, coordinate with physicians, and mentor students when assigned.

Flexible scheduling with four 10-hour shifts or three 10-hour shifts plus two 5-hour shifts across Monday–Saturday, in a California outpatient setting.

Qualifications

• Doctorate or eligible Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current California PT license or license in progress (board eligible).
• Strong communication skills and dedication to patient success.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care through evaluation, planning, and implementation of individualized treatment programs.
• Develop and regularly update treatment plans using evidence-based interventions with physician collaboration.
• Educate patients on home exercise programs and post-discharge care.
