Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Active and unrestricted California PTA license (or license in progress).
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Execute plan of care and follow-up treatment visits.
• Instruct and counsel patients in exercises and home programs.
• Maintain communication with supervising therapist and referring physician.
