Job summary

Agile Occupational Medicine is seeking a Physical Therapist to provide patient-centered care in an outpatient setting. You will design and implement individualized treatment programs to help patients return to work and daily life with confidence.

The role requires a Doctorate in Physical Therapy and a current California license (or in progress). Monday–Friday, with a compensation range of $105,000–$125,000 plus a $10,000 SPIF incentive, commensurate with experience.

Qualifications

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current California PT license or license in progress.
• Excellent work ethic and dedication to patient success.
• Outpatient experience is preferred; new graduates are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care through evaluation, planning, and implementation of individualized treatment programs.
• Develop, implement, and regularly update treatment plans using evidence-based interventions with physician collaboration.
• Educate patients on home exercise programs and post-discharge care.
• Maintain open communication with patients, case managers, referring physicians, and care teams.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated, high-quality care.
• Complete timely and accurate documentation in accordance with requirements.
