Job summary

Agile Occupational Medicine is seeking a Physical Therapist in California to design and oversee individualized treatment programs aimed at restoring function and enabling a return to work with dignity. You will work with orthopedic and sports medicine emphasis, employing manual therapy and evidence-based interventions.

Qualifications

• Doctorate or DPT in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• California PT license required or license in progress
• Excellent work ethic and dedication to patient success
• Proficiency in MS Office and patient management software
• Knowledge of physical therapy office management systems and procedures
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Outpatient experience preferred; new graduates welcome to apply

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient-centered care through evaluation, planning, and implementation of individualized treatment programs.
• Develop, implement, and update treatment plans using evidence-based interventions with physician collaboration
• Educate patients on home exercise programs and post-discharge care
• Maintain open communication with patients, case managers, referring physicians, and care teams
• Complete timely and accurate documentation compliant with regulatory requirements
• Ensure all treatment is provided under a valid prescription and licensing standards
• Participate in continuing education, staff meetings, and quality improvement initiatives
• Provide clinical instruction and mentorship to students as assigned
