Job summary

New England Orthopedic Surgeons (NEOS) is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our physician-led private practice in Springfield, MA. You will evaluate and treat patients in an outpatient orthopedic setting, developing individualized treatment plans and progressing patients based on functional outcomes.

The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with no weekend rotations, a salary range of $75,000–$110,000 per year (based on experience), and a $10,000 sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Active Massachusetts Physical Therapy License (required).
• Orthopedic outpatient experience preferred but not required.
• Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills.
• Ability to manage an efficient patient schedule.
• New graduates are encouraged to apply — mentorship and clinical support are available.
