Job summary

Jobot is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist for our western Massachusetts outpatient orthopedic team in Springfield or Northampton. You will evaluate patients, develop treatment plans, provide hands-on therapy, and collaborate with PTAs and providers to deliver high-quality care.

The role offers flexible scheduling (4 or 5 days), a $10K sign-on, guaranteed annual bonus, and a per-patient incentive. Join a physician-led, stable organization with strong community ties and supportive staff.

Qualifications

• Massachusetts PT license required or eligible.
• Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized outpatient orthopedic treatment plans.
• Provide hands-on therapy and therapeutic exercise based on patient needs.
• Adjust plans as needed while documenting care accurately.
• Collaborate with PTAs, orthopedic providers, and support staff.
