Job summary

OrthoArizona is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist for our Phoenix High Street clinic. You will work with a renowned orthopedic team to design personalized treatment plans helping patients regain mobility and reduce pain.

The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with a pay range of $80,000–$130,000 based on experience. OrthoArizona provides robust benefits, continuing education opportunities, and a supportive, growth-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited physical therapy program.
• Valid Arizona state licensure as a physical therapist.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team—including physicians, surgeons, athletic trainers, and sports performance experts—to ensure a comprehensive and coordinated outpatient care approach.
• Assist patients in recovering movement, reducing pain, and restoring function using specialized physical therapy techniques.
• Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants, Physical Therapy Techs, Trainers, and Aides.
• Develop skills through a generous continuing education program that supports certification and credentialing.
