Job summary

Impact Physical Therapy & Sports Medicine is seeking a Full-time Physical Therapist for ortho & sports injuries in the Phoenix area. You’ll deliver 60-minute, one-on-one care to 8–10 patients daily, within a concierge-style clinic that emphasizes relationships and quality outcomes.

You will evaluate, treat, and progress plans of care using manual therapy and exercise-based treatment. Expect growth opportunities as clinics expand across the Valley.

Qualifications

• DPT from an accredited program.
• Arizona PT license in good standing (or in process).
• Strong communicator who enjoys patient relationships.
• Reliable, team-oriented, outpatient mindset.
• Manual therapy experience.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat outpatient ortho/sport patients with unhurried care.
• Build genuine relationships and coach patients through progress.
• Create and progress plans of care to restore activity.
• Use manual therapy and exercise-based treatment (dry needling/cupping a plus).
• Document efficiently with streamlined systems.
• Collaborate with the team on patient outcomes and clinic goals.
