Qualifications

• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist
• Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• CPR certification and any other relevant certifications as required by state regulations
• Strong clinical skills in orthopedic, neurological, or geriatric PT (preferred)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Proficient computer skills for documentation

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine patients' functional abilities, goals, and limitations
• Develop personalized treatment plans using various therapeutic techniques and modalities
• Implement therapeutic exercises and manual therapy to improve mobility and function
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals for comprehensive care
• Educate patients and families about therapy procedures and home programs
• Adapt plans based on patient progress and schedule changes
