Qualifications

• BSN required with active RN license in ME.

• Knowledge of medical facility procedures and financials including AP/AR; strong customer service concepts.

• Supervise clinical and administrative staff and coordinate daily operations to ensure smooth workflow and high productivity.
• Lead outpatient orthopedic team through collaboration, process improvement, and engagement.
