Job summary

New England Orthopedic Surgeons (NEOS) in Springfield, MA is seeking a full-time Physician Assistant (PA-C) to join our team of experienced orthopedic providers. You will gain exposure across subspecialties and receive structured training and mentorship from skilled surgeons while building a strong foundation or advancing your career in a high-volume orthopedic environment.

The position offers a collaborative, fast-paced clinical setting with opportunities in Hand & Upper Extremity, Foot

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program.
• Current PA-C certification or actively pursuing certification.
• Eligible for Massachusetts licensure and DEA/CS registrations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Interest in orthopedics strongly preferred; experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide orthopedic care in both clinical and surgical settings
• Perform patient evaluations, physical exams, and diagnostic assessments
• First-assist in the operating room alongside orthopedic surgeons
• Participate in pre- and post-operative care and patient education
• Collaborate closely with physicians and clinical care teams
• Support hospital rounding and call coverage as needed
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation
