New England Orthopedic Surgeons (NEOS) in Springfield, MA, is a physician-led private practice seeking a Physical Therapist to join a collaborative, outpatient orthopedic team. You will work closely with fellowship-trained surgeons in a coordinated care model focused on quality outcomes.

The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with no weekend rotations, a strong referral base, and ongoing CE support to advance your professional growth.

Qualifications

• Active Massachusetts Physical Therapy License (required).
• Orthopedic outpatient experience preferred but not required.
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills.
• Ability to manage an efficient patient schedule.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients in an outpatient orthopedic setting.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Progress patients based on functional outcomes.
• Collaborate with orthopedic surgeons and clinical staff.
• Maintain high-quality documentation and patient experience.
