New England Orthopedic Surgeons (NEOS) in Springfield, MA, seeks a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our outpatient rehabilitation team. The ideal candidate is compassionate, motivated, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment in a multidisciplinary orthopedic clinic.

As a PTA at NEOS, you’ll help patients regain mobility, reduce pain, and improve function following injury or surgery. Recent graduates are welcome alongside experienced PTAs.

Qualifications

• Candidate must hold MA licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant.
• Outpatient orthopedic rehabilitation experience preferred, recent grads welcome.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients to regain mobility and reduce pain.
• Support multidisciplinary care team in evidence-based practice.
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.
