New England Orthopedic Surgeons (NEOS) in Springfield, MA, seeks a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our outpatient rehabilitation team. The ideal candidate is compassionate, motivated, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment in a multidisciplinary orthopedic clinic.

As a PTA at NEOS, you’ll help patients regain mobility, reduce pain, and improve function following injury or surgery. Recent graduates are welcome alongside experienced PTAs.

Competenze

• Candidate must hold MA licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant.
• Outpatient orthopedic rehabilitation experience preferred, recent grads welcome.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

We are seeing a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our outpatient rehabilitation team in Springfield. An ideal candidate is compassionate, motivated and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a multidisciplinary orthopedic clinic dedicated to delivering evidence-based, patient-centered care.

As a PTA at NEOS, you’ll play a key role in helping patients regain mobility, reduce pain, and improve function following injury or surgery. We welcome both experienced PTAs and recent graduates with a passion for musculoskeletal rehabilitation and functional recovery.
