Job summary

Illinois Bone and Joint Institute LLC is seeking a Physician Assistant to support orthopedic care across clinic and hospital settings. The PA will work under supervising physicians, provide patient evaluations, injections, and post-operative care, and assist in surgeries as needed.

The role requires NCCPA certification, Illinois PA licensure, and experience in orthopedic care. A residency is preferred, with strong teamwork and communication skills, and a commitment to high-quality patient

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited physician assistant program with completed residency.
• Masters of Science in Physician Assistant Studies.
• Active Certification from NCCPA; Active Licensure as Physician’s Assistant in Illinois.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Surgeon with rounds in hospital or clinic and with major/minor procedures.
• See patients in the clinic; perform injections, casts, and read imaging under physician supervision.
• Coordinate patient care between office and hospital; document in the EHR; ensure timely operative reports.
