You will monitor progress, educate patients on injury prevention, and maintain precise documentation while contributing to a supportive, team-oriented culture and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Masters or Doctor of Physical Therapy (MPT, DPT) degree from an accredited program.
• Current Texas Physical Therapy license (or eligibility for licensure).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to delivering exceptional patient care and outcomes.
• New graduates and experienced clinicians are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide evidence-based physical therapy interventions to patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions.
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate.
• Educate patients on injury prevention, recovery, and long-term wellness strategies.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Collaborate with physicians, staff, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.
• Contribute to a positive, team-oriented clinic environment.
