Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited college or university.
• Current, unencumbered Wisconsin Physical Therapist license.
• At least one year of experience as a physical therapy aide.

Responsibilities

• Assess, treat, plan, and implement individualized physical therapy programs.
• Educate patients and communicate progress toward functional goals.
• Maximize patient progress toward functional goals.
