Jackson Therapy Partners seeks an Ortho Physical Therapist to deliver evidence-based outpatient orthopedic care across diverse clinical settings. You will evaluate and treat musculoskeletal conditions, design individualized rehab programs, manage post-operative recovery, and collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Active state PT license or eligibility.
• DPT from CAPTE-accredited program.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• Orthopaedic Clinical Specialist (OCS) or progress toward OCS preferred.
• Outpatient orthopedic experience with EMR systems.

Responsabilités

• Perform comprehensive orthopedic evaluations and functional assessments.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for musculoskeletal conditions.
• Provide post-operative rehab for orthopedic surgeries (e.g., TKA, THA, rotator cuff).
• Deliver manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and neuromuscular re-education.
• Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention.
• Document evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries in EMR.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other rehab professionals on care plans.
• Track functional outcomes and adjust interventions based on patient response.
• Adhere to evidence-based practice, state practice acts, and facility policies.
• Participate in professional development and occasional orientation to new sites.
