Job summary

GHI Staffing Solutions seeks a Physical Therapist to join its outpatient orthopedics team in Virginia. The clinician will focus on musculoskeletal and neuromuscular care, delivering evidence-based treatments within a collaborative, patient-centered environment.

You will develop individualized plans of care, educate patients, and work with a multidisciplinary team to achieve strong outcomes and high patient satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Doctorate or Master’s in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active, or eligible for, state PT licensure.
• CPR/BLS certification.
• Excellent communication and time-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with musculoskeletal and neuromuscular conditions.
• Develop and modify individualized plans of care based on patient goals and findings.

• Educate patients and families on diagnoses, recovery expectations, and home exercise programs.
• Collaborate with leadership and clinicians to maximize outcomes.
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation (within 24 hours).
• Build strong patient relationships throughout treatment.
