Job summary

Qualifications

• Obtain certification in Basic Life Support or HeartSaver First Aid within 30 days of hire date.
• Prior patient care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assists in direct patient care by providing basic physical care.
• Safely transports patients according to safe handling policy.
• Observes and reports patient concerns/changes to a registered nurse.
• Maintains clean assigned equipment according to procedures.
• Courteously answers patient call bell and relays messages.
