Job summary

Additional responsibilities include educating staff, participating in departmental program development, and overseeing daily operations in the manager’s absence.

Qualifications

• Active Kentucky Physical Therapy license or permit
• BLS certification within 90 days of hire

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Educate patients and families as part of the treatment process and ensure documentation complies with insurance and regulatory standards.
• Supervise departmental personnel and oversee daily operations in the manager's absence.
• Communicate with physicians and healthcare providers regarding patient care and discharge planning.
