Job summary

Green Oaks Physical Therapy is seeking a Full-time Physical Therapist to join our orthopedic outpatient team in the DFW metroplex. The clinic emphasizes manual therapy and patient experience, offering mentorship and growth opportunities.

You will work side by side with three DPTs and two PTAs in a fast-paced setting, focusing on developing manual therapy skills and clinical reasoning under the clinic director's mentorship.

Qualifications

• DPT or equivalent degree from an accredited program.
• Active Physical Therapy license in Texas.
• Outpatient orthopedics experience preferred.
• New graduates encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients to develop and initiate treatment plans based on evaluation results.
• Review the physician's referral and patient's condition to determine PT treatment.
• Provide direct patient care by established protocols and guidelines.
• Document findings, progress, and instructions to patients and caregivers.
• Responsible for patient care performed by assistants and rehabilitation technicians.
• Complete a written plan of care, develop goals, and a comprehensive program.
• Implement physical therapy treatment program and essential therapies.
• Communicate with patients, caregivers, physicians, and insurance companies.
• Ensure timely documentation, including daily notes, progress reports, and discharge summaries.
