Qualifications

• BLS (Basic Life Support) is required within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient care across the continuum with patients, families, and the care team.
• Collaborate with physicians, interdisciplinary team, and Mercy staff to ensure treatment goals.
• Provide patient education and support to patients and caregivers.
