Job summary

Premier Orthopaedics, in partnership with Philadelphia Hand to Shoulder Center, seeks a dedicated Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our orthopedic team in West Chester and Kennett Square. You will provide advanced clinical care under supervision, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and patient education.

The role requires a valid NP/PA license, BLS, and at least two years in a clinical setting; BSN is required with MSN preferred.

Qualifications

• BSN required; MSN preferred for NP/PA
• Completion of an accredited NP/PA program
• Current NP or PA license in state of practice
• BLS certification required
• Minimum of two years nursing experience in clinic or hospital
• Ability to evaluate patient problems and develop/revise care plans

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, and treat orthopedic/musculoskeletal conditions
• Perform injections and suturing
• Triage patient calls in a professional and timely manner
• Collaborate with surgeons and clinical staff
• Develop and update patient care plans with accurate documentation
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and post‑operative care
• Support clinic and hospital rounds as needed
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and safety standards
• Engage in professional development and quality improvement initiatives
