Job summary

Premier Orthopaedics, in partnership with Philadelphia Hand to Shoulder, seeks a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team in West Chester and Kennett Square. The APP will provide advanced clinical care under orthopedic supervision, including assessments, procedures, and patient education.

This full-time, on-site role emphasizes collaboration with surgeons and staff, ongoing professional development, and a commitment to regulatory compliance and high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• BSN required. MSN preferred for NP or PA.
• Current Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in the state of practice.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, and treat acute and chronic orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions.
• Perform injections and suturing as appropriate.
• Triage and respond to patient calls promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with orthopedic surgeons and clinical staff.
• Develop and update patient care plans with accurate documentation.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans, exercises, and post-operative care.
• Support clinic and hospital rounds to optimize clinical operations.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and safety standards.
