Job summary

Premier Orthopaedics, in partnership with Philadelphia Hand to Shoulder Center, seeks a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for an on-site, full-time position in East Norriton, PA. The APP provides advanced clinical care under orthopedic supervision, including assessments, diagnoses, treatments, injections, suturing, and patient education.

They will triage calls, participate in clinic and hospital rounds, and work closely with physicians and staff.

Qualifications

• Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant licensure in-state.
• BSN required; MSN preferred for NP role.
• Completion of an approved NP/PA program.

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, and treat orthopedic/musculoskeletal conditions.
• Perform injections and suturing as needed.
• Triage patient calls and respond promptly.
• Collaborate with surgeons and clinical staff.
• Document care plans and update interventions.
• Educate patients on treatment and post-op care.
• Support clinic and hospital rounds; ensure HIPAA compliance.
• Engage in professional development and quality improvement.
