Job summary

HireNow Staffing is actively recruiting an Orthopedic Patient Recovery & Mobility Nurse Practitioner for a full-time, onsite role in Malvern, Pennsylvania. You will join a physician-led orthopedic team to evaluate patients, develop treatment plans, and educate patients throughout recovery.

This position offers a weekday schedule with evenings and weekends off, a compensation range of $103,000–$153,000 per year, comprehensive medical/dental/vision benefits, and CME opportunities.

Qualifications

• Current Nurse Practitioner license or eligibility for Pennsylvania licensure.
• Minimum of one year of Nurse Practitioner experience in orthopedics or related fields.
• Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and documentation skills.
• Excellent communication and ability to educate patients.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Perform orthopedic evaluations and follow-up assessments.
• Develop individualized treatment plans for musculoskeletal conditions.
• Collaborate with surgeons and multidisciplinary teams on patient care.
• Order and interpret imaging and labs; communicate findings.
• Maintain compliant documentation in the EMR.
