Ideal candidates are licensed PTs with outpatient ortho experience and leadership potential, able to relocate or commute to Narberth, and authorized to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• PA license or eligibility to obtain licensure.
• DPT or equivalent degree in Physical Therapy.
• Experience in outpatient orthopedic physical therapy.
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong clinical decision-making and evidence-based rehab skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Balance patient care with leadership duties.
• Must reside within commuting distance to Narberth, PA.
• US-based applicants only.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of outpatient PT department while maintaining clinical caseload.
