Job summary

HireNow Staffing is recruiting a Clinical Mobility & Orthopedic Recovery Specialist for an outpatient setting in Swedesboro, NJ. The role targets a licensed Physical Therapist dedicated to restoring mobility, reducing pain, and enabling patients to return to daily activities.

The ideal candidate holds NJ licensure (or eligibility) and a DPT or equivalent, with strong orthopedic rehab skills and experience coordinating with a multidisciplinary team. Onsite work in Swedesboro, NJ is required.

Qualifications

• Active New Jersey Physical Therapist license or eligibility.
• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent.
• Strong orthopedic rehabilitation assessment and treatment skills.
• Excellent communication and patient education abilities.
• Ability to independently manage patient caseloads while collaborating in teams.
• Strong clinical reasoning and evidence-based decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Perform musculoskeletal and functional movement evaluations.
• Develop individualized rehab programs to improve mobility and function.
• Deliver evidence-based orthopedic treatments.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans based on outcomes.
• Educate patients and caregivers on prevention and home exercise.
• Collaborate with physicians and rehab professionals to coordinate care.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
• Participate in quality improvement and continuing education.
